	Subject:		Tender for Provision of Services for Design and Production of a Major Multimedia Exhibition in Hong Kong in 2027
	Description:		The contractor shall provide all-inclusive services for a major multimedia exhibition to be held in Hong Kong in 2027 (the Exhibition), including the whole range of design, content curation, development and production of multimedia solutions, construction and dismantling of the Exhibition, project management, transportation and storage of exhibits, contingency services, etc. The contractor shall also provide the whole range of design, production, operation and management services for the opening ceremony of the Exhibition. The Exhibition is tentatively scheduled to be held in May 2027 for a duration of approximately ten days.

	Closing Date:		12:00 noon on October 22, 2026 (Thursday) (Hong Kong time) Tenders must be submitted before the tender closing date and time. Late tenders will not be accepted. In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on the tender closing date, namely October 22, 2026, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the “extreme conditions” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force, as the case may be.
	Submission of Tender:		For paper-based tendering, tenders must be clearly marked with the Tender Reference No. and the subject of the Tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the Tender to the Tenderer) addressed to “The Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department” and deposited in the “Government Logistics Department Tender Box” located on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on October 22, 2026 (Thursday) (Hong Kong time). 	Tender Briefing:		A briefing session will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on September 30, 2026 (Wednesday) at Room 1110, 11/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Each Tenderer may nominate no more than two representatives to attend the briefing session. Tenderers who wish to attend the briefing session are required to complete the registration form at Annex 11 of the Tender Documents and return it to the International Promotions Sub-division (Attn: Ms Liz LAM) by fax (Fax no.: 2511 7129) or email (lizlam@isd.gov.hk) on or before 5:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026 (Monday).
