	Description:		The contractor is required to undertake digital media promotion including planning, booking and advertisement coordination to promote Brand Hong Kong in the Chinese Mainland markets for a period of 12 months commencing from 1 August 2026 until 31 July 2027 tentatively or from the date specified in the Letter of Acceptance, whichever is later.

	Submission of Tenders:		For paper-based tendering, tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to "The Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department" and deposited in the tender box located on Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on 2 June 2026 (Tuesday). 	Tender Briefing:		A Tender briefing by video conference will be conducted in Cantonese and English at 4:00 p.m. on 29 April 2026 (Wednesday). Tenderers who wish to attend the briefing are requested to complete the Reply Slip provided in Annex 11 of the Tender documents and return the completed Reply Slip by fax (fax no.
