Description of visuals: Then the scene changes and shows a face-to-face close-up of Tang Chun-man and Lee Wai-sze. They smile and look at each other. The shot zooms out to show Tang Chun-man standing on the left and Lee Wai-sze standing on the right wearing casual wear, they continue to smile happily to each other, clenching their fists to make a gesture of getting ready to walk. The shot shows the words “Tang Chun-man Hong Kong Badminton Athlete” and “Lee Wai-sze Hong Kong Cycling Athlete”. Then, Lazy Lion appears between them with a baton in its hand. Lazy Lion sings:
Lazy Lion sings: Prolonged sitting is bad for your health!
Description of visuals: The shot shows Lee Wai-sze and Tang Chun-man walk around the chair on the lawn in a game of musical chairs. The music stops abruptly, Lee Wai-sze makes it to the chair first and Tang Chun-man moves backwards. The shot zooms out to show Lee Wai-sze half-sitting without touching the chair. She repeats the squat several times. Tang Chun-man standing by the side gives her a thumbs-up. Lazy Lion sings:

Description of visuals: Then Tang Chun-man raises his clenched fist to show his determination. Lee Wai-sze tilts her head towards Tang Chun-man to invite him to walk together. Tang Chun-man nods and follows Lee Wai-sze to march off the screen. Lazy Lion sings:

Description of visuals: The shot shows Lazy Lion continues to wave the baton, and the conducting scene is shrunk to a picture-in-picture at the top right-hand corner. Lazy Lion conducts and sings:

Description of visuals: In the main screen, Tang Chun-man walks into an office, there are three staff sitting in the office. Tang Chun-man pats on a male staff's shoulder, and then raises his hands as a gesture to ask him to stand up. The other two female staff stand up in response to Tang Chun-man, and the four of them do a dance-walk together. Lazy Lion sings:
Lazy Lion sings: will ward off chronic diseases
Description of visuals: The shot shows Lazy Lion continues to wave the baton in the picture-in-picture at the top right-hand corner. In the main screen, Lee Wai-sze walks into a living room of an apartment, she then raises her hands to a young man and a young woman who lie and sit on a sofa playing with a tablet and smartphone as a gesture to get up, they put down the electronic products and stand up in response to Lee Wai-sze. The three of them do a dance-walk together. Lazy Lion also gestures from the top right-hand corner to call everyone to stand up and move. Lazy Lion sings:

Description of visuals: The shot returns to the lawn, Lazy Lion, Tang Chun-man and Lee Wai-sze in the front row walk towards the camera, followed by the three office staff and the young man and the young woman at the back row also walk towards the camera. Lee Wai-sze and Tang Chun-man say:
