Voice-over of Moses says:
Moses VO:  All newly effective service plan cards and newly issued pre-paid SIM cards
W3C:  The pastel purple SIM cards flip and turn into pastel blue in colour, with "Yau Sik Ming", "Chai Tang Kee", "Fong Bin Chit" and "Kan Yee Sing" written on them respectively.
Moses steps out of the screen. Moses’ voice-over continues:

W3C:  The shot cuts to a female customer service officer of a service provider assisting Moses to register by holding a tablet for him to type in data.

W3C:  Camera tracks in, Moses turns around and takes out a HKID Card at the same time.
An over-the-shoulder shot shows Moses holding a card-size graphic indicating "HKID" in his right hand.

Pointing to the card-size graphic, superimposes show, from left to right, "Name", "HKID No.", "Date of Birth" and "HKID Copy".

W3C:  The shot cuts to full-shot of Moses walking from left to right of the screen. Camera tracks in at the same time. The virtual background changes from pastel green on the left to pastel blue on the right. Moses says as he walks:

W3C:  Camera quickly pans to a pastel blue virtual background with geometric patterns.
A few SIM cards in pastel purple appear on the left of the screen, . They flip over one by one and turn into grey. Words on the SIM cards change from "Anonymous" to "Invalid".
