Super:	The Trade Descriptions (Unfair Trade Practices) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012 is now in effect
Celebrity Bob Lam:	traders may violate the Ordinance if they fail to offer goods or services at advertised prices for a reasonable period and in reasonable quantities or if they use an attractive price to invite consumers with the intention of promoting a different product.
Super:	Maximum penalty: a fine of $500,000 and five years' imprisonment
