The
Prevention of Child Pornography Ordinance will come into
effect on 19 December 2003. The Ordinance will better
protect children against sexual exploitation.
Among
other things, it makes the possession of child pornography
an offence. Do not keep any child pornography. Delete
any e-mail containing such materials right away.
