Owners' Corporation Chairman:	The Buildings Department has notified us to inspect our building and windows.
Female Owner :	Our building is still in good shape.
Owners' Corporation Chairman:	Buildings aged 30 or above should be inspected. Windows of buildings the same age as her should also be inspected. It is a statutory requirement.
MVO:	The Mandatory Building and Window Inspection Schemes have commenced. Buildings aged 30 or above, and windows of buildings aged 10 or above are required to be inspected. The Buildings Department will notify owners in turn. They should appoint registered inspectors and qualified persons to inspect their buildings and windows.
