lift owners are required by law to get their lifts examined
and tested every year by a registered lift engineer
The certificate must be sent to
Electrical and Mechanical Services Department for endorsement
and then displayed inside the lift |

Failure to submit the certificate within 7 days
may lead to a fine and imprisonment |
