| Voice Over: | From 2007 school year onwards, the Government will implement the Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme to provide fee subsidy for parents. |
| Children born on or before December 31, 2004 who are Hong Kong residents and studying in an eligible kindergarten may apply for the voucher. | |
