| Voice Over: | Appliances with energy labels save more energy than normal appliances. This compact fluorescent lamp, which bears a "Recognition Type" energy label, shines as bright as a normal light bulb but uses 75% less electricity. Up next are appliances with "Grading Type" energy labels. These labels grade appliances from one to five. For example, this refrigerator and room cooler have a grade one label, which means they save the most energy! The labelling scheme covers 16 types of appliances. So remember, look for the energy label! |
